These Terms of Service apply when you use poshatva.com or buy from Poshatva ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

Our products are gardening inputs such as potting mixes, compost, fertilisers, planters and tools. They are not for human or animal consumption. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
Our mixes are made from natural materials, so colour, texture and moisture can vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on the site.
Plant growth depends on sunlight, watering, climate and care, so we cannot guarantee specific results.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time. The price charged is the one shown when you place your order.
We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Shipping, cancellations and claims are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged, wrong or missing items as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Website content

All content on this site, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Poshatva and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including the loss of plants caused by factors outside our control.
